He has earlier worked in the corporate sector in senior management roles in organizations such as DCM-Toyota Limited, The Times of India group, Expeditors International (USA), and others. He founded the Shrine Of Universal Love (SOUL), where an unbroken stream of round-the-clock prayers for world peace were offered for nine years (2008-17). In 2020, he founded and currently guides Sri Kula, a global community of spiritual seekers, who belong to diverse cultures, nationalities, religions and beliefs. He served as a spiritual guide for HELP, a corporate leadership program of CBS-Executive under Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.

Manish Srivastava is an entrepreneur, technology enthusiast, researcher, and a humanitarian. He has held leadership roles in organizations like Tata Steel, British Airways, Commonwealth Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland. He is currently spearheading his start up company while being an angel investor supporting young entrepreneurs. He is running a one-meal program for patients and their families visiting Himalayan Hospital, Dehradun. He holds a MDP in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and a Bachelors in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-BHU), Varanasi.

Sadhana Mishra is currently serving as the Director Operations at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun. Earlier, she served as Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for Growth Markets at IBM, and as senior management at Bennett Coleman & Company (The Times of India Group). She is a Trustee of Dhyana Mandiram Trust (DMT), Himalayan Yoga Publication Trust, Shruti Sarita Art Trust, and AHYMSIN, being also the General Secretary of AHYMSIN.
She is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), London (UK). She is a student of Hindustani classical music.

She holds a degree in English literature apart from her degree in law from the University of Delhi.
